The Nexgen masts are formed from easy to slot together galvanised steel tube sections, swaged at one end. WMI has worked with these masts for a number of years and is now proud to be a Nexgen approved installer. WMI believes it has the optimum installation methodology to ensure the highest reliability whilst keeping costs down.
WMI has developed a method statement which minimises the risk of one mast tube rotating relative to another: we have never experienced this problem in our installations.
WMI provides a professional guy version, where guys are terminated at a swaged thimble and a shackle-chain-shackle solution used to attach each individual guy to the load eye of the ground anchor. WMI also provides professional booms for the mounting of This anemometers and Vector anemometers with the recommended 405 single mount to match the Measnet calibration process.
